Moët & Chandon brings the celebration of the end of Harvest to Fiera, to create an elegant menu pairing the noble results of the Harvest period in Champagne and the creations of Andy De Cremer and Davide Mazzoni. The approach is very similar, it’s about nature’s simplicity magnified in a bottle or on the plate by the labor of men. Similar to the winegrowers and winemaker carefully picking the best grapes, the best wines to create the ideal assemblage for all Moët & Chandon champagnes, the chefs carefully pick simple and honest ingredients that are then magnified in their culinary creations.
