Please mention this when making your reservation and to the waiter at the time of your visit. That way we can avoid possible misunderstandings.
We kindly ask you not to bring pets to Fiera, as we work with an open-kitchen concept and therefore cannot tolerate animal hairs. We sincerely thank you for your understanding.
For children under 12, the chef can provide a tailor-made menu for €25.
The nearest car park is the Q-park Handelsbeurs, a 5-minute walk from Fiera.

You can buy a gift voucher in two different ways.
One way is through Zenchef, where you will be sent a PDF after payment.
You can find this in the Reservation widget.
The second way is that you stop by Fiera, and we will be happy to offer you a handwritten gift voucher, wrapped in an elegant envelope.

Due to the historical nature of the Schippersbeurs the building is unfortunately not easily accessible for people with reduced mobility.
But of course we have adapted Fiera as well as possible to present-day facilities, so we can welcome everyone into our warm setting.
Fiera is available, accompanied by our attentive Front of House, through the Handelsbeurs, where the sanitary facilities are also accessible for wheelchair users. So you can enjoy the warm hospitality of the Fiera team in comfort and convenience.
On Friday and Saturday evenings, ambient music plays a big part in the experience at Fiera. As the evening progresses, it also plays a more prominent role, so you are fully immersed in our atmosphere.
We have no particular dress code, but getting dressed up is part of the enchanting experience of dining out. We welcome smart casual attire.
A small exception in summer time : flip-flops are not allowed.
We consider it a very big compliment that so many people wish to book with us. That is why we offer the waiting list, so that we have a better chance of welcoming you. We are always actively optimising our table plan and call the waiting list when cancellations occur.
Please note that registration on the waiting list does not guarantee a place at Fiera.

For the holidays, we work with a deposit of 150 euros per person. We do this to avoid possible no-shows on these holidays. This way, we can let as many people as possible enjoy our festive offer.
If you cancel, regardless of the reason, the deposit will or will not be refunded according to the schedule below.
7 days and more in advance , 100 % refund
Between 5 and 2 days in advance , 50 % refund.
The day before your reservation and the day itself, there is no refund of the deposit.
